About JDMJIF

AYO. Name’s Justin — but if you call me that, we’re not friends yet. Most people know me as JIF, short for JustinFocus Media, because apparently one username for life wasn’t enough and I’m too stubborn to change it now.

I’m a full-time car enthusiast / part-time menace, currently based in Florida sweating through every piece of clothing I own. If it’s got wheels, questionable mods, or a story behind it, I’m into it. If it’s on bags and static kids hate it — I love it.

My pride and joy? More like shitbox, a JZX100 Chaser that eats money for breakfast. It’s not just a build, it’s my emotional support vehicle, financial mistake, and personality trait all in one.

I’m big on JDM and RWB culture, not the fake clout-chasing kind, but the “we’ll stay up till 3AM adjusting fitment for 2mm of clearance” kind. I don’t just take pictures of cars, I document it's lore.

Was born in New York City back when cassette tapes and dial-up tones were the soundtrack of life. I grew up messing with every form of art I could get my hands on, sketching, pixel pushing, film photography. Eventually studied Photojournalism at St. John’s University, which basically taught me how to turn feelings into visuals and make people cry with pictures of Hondas.

These days, I still shoot, but I mostly design and produce custom apparel through embroidery and printing. If I can’t park my creativity somewhere, I’ll make you wear it instead.

When I’m not hunched over a sewing machine like a grandma with mini turbo, you’ll find me kicking it with the fam at Tampa JDM Legends, hosting meets, roasting friends’ wheel fitment, and making sure the Florida car scene stays full of real ones, not social media stuntmen.

Respect over ego. Action over words. Unity over clout. If you’re on that same wavelength, welcome. If not… well, there’s always stance nation comments for you.

“True strength lies in our unity; no person is greater than another, and together we can achieve what we cannot alone.” — Justin Lau

I’m not here to be the loudest voice in the room. I'm here to keep creating, stay grounded, and grow with the people who want to grow with me.

-And for the hundredth time. No, I'm not Larry Chen, I'm Jif
